Meet Our Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Ola Popoola is an accomplished educator, author, and leadership development professional with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations strengthen their leadership capabilities. She owns and operates a corporate training firm that delivers comprehensive programs in management, leadership, and personal and professional development.
Dr. Popoola earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of California, Davis. She also holds master’s degrees in information technology and psychology from universities in the United Kingdom.
She currently serves as an Executive Director and Chief of Staff within the University of California system.
